  1. How to create an account at My Phone?
    To create an account and start using our services, you must be older than 18 y.o., own a private telephone line (it can not be a public phone or shared line) and provide us with the required information. e.g.: name, address, alien registration number (Gaijin Toroku), passport number etc. Fill out the application form or call the Customer Service Center (0120-047-222 10 a.m.~10 p.m.).
  2. Is it possible to have more than one telephone number associated with my account?
    Yes, it is! Please contact our Customer Service Center (0120-047-222 10 a.m.~10 p.m.) or fill out this form.
  3. Is it possible to use the same telephone number with another account?
    No, telephone numbers must be distinct and can not be shared between accounts
  4. I have a trip scheduled for the next few days and I would like another person to use my account, is it possible?
    Yes, tell us in advance of your departure date and provide us with the name of the authorized person.
  5. I am going to return to my home country. How long in advance do I need to cancel my account?
    Please tell us at least 10 days in advance of your departure for cancelling your account.
  6. I got the My Phone Card but am not able to complete any international phone calls.
    You may have restrictions applied due to missing account information or you may have reached the monthly credit limit. Please contact our Customer Service Center.
  7. What is the scheduled draw date for the promotional prizes.
    The prizes draw will take place on the 15th day of the month. Winners will be notified by telephone or by mail. The list containing the winners and their prizes will be published on My Phone website and on our monthly magazine "QuickNews".
  8. How to participate in the My Phone Special Promotions?
    To participate in our special promotions, you must use our services (making calls) during the specified period. Please read the terms and conditions section of the promotion.
  9. What is the "Free Minutes Promotion". How does it work?
    Every new customer is eligible to participate in this promotion. The promotion is based on discounts according to the time spent on calls. It is applicable only once, in your the first bill. You win:

    10 minutes!
    For your first trial of My Phone Services.

    20 minutes!
    If spending more than ¥2.000 in calls

    30 minutes!
    If spending more than ¥4.000 in calls

  10. What is the “Introducing your friends” promotion?
    To participate in the "Introduce your friend’s" promotion, you must fill out this form and supply the required information. Information regarding the "Introducing your friends" promotion can be found here and in our monthly publication "QuickNews".
  11. I can't make any international phone calls. I get the "not able to complete your phone call" message. What is wrong?
    Your landline may be analog, in this case please press the * (asterisk) key before dialing the destinantion number. e.g: * 1 212 1234567. Or it could be account restrictions, please refer to item number 6.
