*In case you don’t receive the invoice up to the 5th day of the current month, verify if there are problems with the post office. Contact us and ask for a 2nd invoice. The not paying up of your invoice may cause temporary suspension of My Phone service. To cancel your registration, please give us at least 15 days prior notice.
