In cash - Expiration Date 15th.
At a Convenience Store
My Phone invoice can be paid at any of the 20.000 authorized convenience stores or at the postal office.
Post Office
From Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Credit Card
For your convenience, you have the choice to pay can choose to pay on the date of your credit card debit (Amex, Dinners Club, VISA, Master Card, JCB, Million Card).
Just call our Customer Service Center and give the credit card information (name, number and expiration date).
Automatic Debit (Debit Date: 26th of each month or the next working day.)
Bank
You can apply for the automatic debit by contacting My Phone or directly with your bank. When contacting My Phone, you will receive a form which must be filled and sent back to the company. Time to authorize the automatic debit: 60 to 90 days. Directly in the bank: 45 days.
