This promotion is valid for all My Phone customers that use our system from May 26th to June 25th and from June 26th to July 25th , 2008. You must have your bills paid by the due date. There is no need to subscribe for the promotion. Draw date: August 15th, 2008. |

The 1st prize includes 01 airfare (round trip) from Tokyo to any country in Latin America. My Phone International Telecommunications does not take responsibility for services and port taxes, hotels, tourist tours, travel insurance, or the procedures for documentation required by the immigration of the place visited. |

The ticket date will be stipulated by My Phone International Telecommunications, with regard to the available tickets on the draw date. |

| 4) |
The winner of the 1st prize has the option to exchange it to 60% of the value of the prize in cash (The value is calculated based on rates available on the date of the draw). |

| 5) |
The second prize - 03 Dell laptops, one for each winner - has the guarantee offered by the product manufacturer, please contact them directly for technical assistance. |

My Phone discount vouchers will be credited on the next invoice after the draw date (September 25th, 2008). |

Winners will be notified by telephone or mail with instructions on how to claim their prizes. Prizes not claimed within 45 days starting from the drawing date will be forfeited. |

Prizes will be given to the winner or his/her authorized representative only. |

My Phone may use the names, images and testimony of the winners in public media, such as newspapers, magazines, Internet and others without prior notification. |
