My Phone Points Terms and Conditions
- The Program of Points is valid to f My Phone users, for personal and non-transferable use.
- My Phone offers points equivalent to 10% of the total monthly invoice.
- The points will only be available for customers who make payment of the bill until the due date.
- Users who make the payment of the bill after the due date lose their points in regarding the delay month.
- When the account is cancelled, the client automatically loses all points.
- Customers who no longer use My Phone Telephony International system for a period exceeding 6 months will have their account and their points cancelled.
- Customers that do not pay their bills for a period exceeding 6 months will lose their points.
- The balance of available points will be upgraded in accordance with the payment of bills and purchases and exchanges made by the client. The balance of points may be consulted in the bill, through our website www.myphone-web.com or our Customer Service Center.
- My Phone is not responsible for loss, theft or misuse of the card and/or points. The holder of each card is responsible to inform My Phone about any irregularity in its use.
- The use of the points depends on special campaigns created by the company or by partner companies and each campaign has its own rules.
- Participation in the Program of Points implies the unrestricted acceptance of this regulation.
