This promotion is valid for all My Phone active customers who have enough balance of points to exchange them for the offered prizes.
Only the owner of My Phone account or an authorized person may
make the exchange request. The exchange may be made by telephone,
through My Phone Service Center, from Monday to Saturday, from 10h
to 14h and 17h to 21h . The discount of points from the client’s
account will be done automatically.
The average time for receiving the product exchanged is 20 days from the date of request. The sending will be done by Takyubin or Merubin, at no additional cost to the customer.
The period to make the request of exchange of points for prizes
is from 01/03/2009 to 31/103/2009. The products will be offered
while there is available stock, freeing up My Phone of refilling
it.
The warranty of the products of this promotion is the sole responsibility of their manufacturer. Once the exchange is made, My Phone will not accept the return of the product.
